The use of photogrammetry techniques is an operative instrument for the definition of geometry and deep kinematics of complex large-scale mass movements. Many informations about deep mechanisms especially in complex geological-geomorphological situations, can be obtained by means of superficial displacements vectorial analysis. These are achieved by the comparison of aerophotogrammetrical and topographical survey data referred to a wide time period, pre and post landslide.
