Dynamics of total lipid in microalga Dunaliella salina (Dunal) Teod. cells in semicontinuous culture are studied. The change of total lipid concentration in 8 times on a background of biomass change in 1,5 times has been marked. Changes of lipid concentration were similar to dynamics of culture cells maintenance and depended on a carbon feed security.В результате исследования динамики суммарных липидов в клетках морской микроводоросли Dunaliella salina (Dunal) Teod. в квазинепрерывной культуре отмечено изменение концентрации суммарных липидов в 8 раз на фоне изменения биомассы в 1,5 раза. Динамика изменения концентрации липидов, была сходна с динамикой содержания клеток культуры и зависела от обеспеченности углеродным питанием
