System carbon balance was estimated upon growth of cyanobacteria Spirulina (Arthrospira) platensis on two nutrient media: Zarrouk medium with hydrocarbonates as carbon source and Zarrouk medium with substitution of NaHCO3 for Na2CO3. Data on the carbon consumption by cyanobacteria upon such conditions are presented.Рассчитан углеродный баланс в накопительной культуре цианобактерии Spirulina platensis при ее выращивании на питательной среде Заррука, содержащей в качестве источника углерода NaHCO3, и ее модификации, полученной путем эквивалентной по углероду замены NaHCO3 на Na2CO3. Приведены данные, характеризующие динамику суточного потребления углерода в культуре, при выращивании на гидрокарбонатной и карбонатной средах
