It has been observed that carotenoids, free nucleotides, RNA, DNA in three studied species (Obelia loveni, Botryllus schlosseri and Lepralia pallasiana) glycogen in Botryllus and hydroid, alkali-soluble carbohydrates in Lepralia are the most changeable during seasonal and ontogenesis dynamic.
