Abstract This research aimed at investigating the effect of the administrative control on the manpower performance of the Sudanese Electricity Distribution Company Limited as a case study. The problem of the research has been formulated in form of questions aiming at recognizing the role of the administrative control, as well as the procedures and methods that are applied in the control process.
