The research dealt with the impact of the work environment on the development of the performance of workers in institutions. The problem of research was the weakness of the material and human resources necessary for the Sudanese institutions to play their fundamental role in creating an appropriate working environment for the workers. Lack of attention to the development of the work environment in the institutions leads to reduced organizational effectiveness and thus leads to a decrease in job performance as a result of the worker feeling frustrated in the environment that does not encourage the effort.
