nternational Humanitarian Law, as a case study for the Arab region from 1949 to 2013, the researcher dealt with this issue through an introductory section on the theoretical framework of the research. - In accordance with the directives of the Deanship of Graduate Studies at Africa International University, and this research includes two chapters as follows: - Chapter I - on the basics of the research and includes the following topics: The first topic - Introduction of the research , its importance and problem. The second topic - the objectives of the research and the reasons for its selection and methodology. The third topic - research questions, terms and limits. The fourth topic - the research terms, means, tools and structure. - Chapter II: This chapter includes previous studies. This is followed by the substantive division of this research, which came through two sections in the following detail: The first Section: In which the researcher addressed the concept of International Humanitarian Law, in terms of its definition and importance, as well as the development and distinction between it and human rights norms and other laws. This section came through two chapters, the first of which was the concept of international humanitarian law. - Definition and importance of International Humanitarian Law. - Development of the International Humanitarian Law. VIII - To distinguish the rules of International Humanitarian Law from the rules of human rights and other laws. Chapter II dealt with the rules of the International Humanitarian Law through the following: - Statement of sources and nature of the rules of the International Humanitarian Law. - To highlight the basic features of the rules of the International Humanitarian Law. Section Two: It sought to find examples of international applications in the Arab region for the rules of the International Humanitarian Law. This section came through two chapters as follows: Chapter I: It was devoted to deal with some models of the applications of the International Humanitarian Law in the Arab region in international and internal armed conflicts. The researcher dealt with the following: -Arab - Israeli conflict. -The Iraqi situation. - Armed conflicts in Sudan. - Armed conflicts in Syria. - Armed conflicts in Somalia. Chapter II dealt with the reasons for the application of the International Humanitarian Law in armed conflicts in the Arab region and their legal and juridical adaptation. It has come under the following scope: The reasons for the application of the International Humanitarian Law in armed conflicts in the Arab region, and the researcher explained the legal and illegal reasons. - Legal and jurisprudential adaptation to the application of the International Humanitarian Law in the Arab region.
