Abstract This study examines conflict resolutions ح according to international law legislations :Ogaden region as an example.Intentionally to provide legal resolutions for conflict between Ogaden and Ethiopian people in accordance with legislations and rulings of public international law.The importance of this study is reflected in approaching an essential problem taking place in Ogaden region where conflict causes and legitimacy should be identified to determine legal means for settling this conflict.As for methodological aspect,inductive,analytical,descriptive and historical methods are used.
