Structure cristalline du sulfotellurure d'uranium UTeS

UTeS crystallizes in the orthorhombic system with parameters a = 7.66 ± 0.01 Å, b = 4.27 ± 0.01 Å, c = 8.84 ± 0.01 Å. There are four formula units per unit cell. The atoms are in 4c positions of space group Pnma. The crystal structure has been determined from single-crystal X-ray diffraction data. The positions of atoms are given with the accuracy defined by R = 0.06. The structure of UTeS is closely related to this of PbCl₂.Le sulfotellurure d'uranium UTeS cristallise dans le système orthorhombique. Sa maille de dimensions a = 7,66 ± 0,01 Å, b = 4,27 ± 0,01 Å, c = 8,84 ± 0,01 Å contient quatre unités formulaires. Les atomes occupent les positions 4c du groupe spatial Pnma.
