"The American Declaration of Rights and Duties of Man (ADRDM) and subsequent declarations outline a list of unsatisfied expectations for the American people" affirms in its introduction the author, in this effective analysis dealing with the concrete application of the concept of access to justice protected by a number of complementary provisions of the ADRDM.
