A 45-year-old man referred to our hospital with a painless hard swelling of left scrotal content which had rapidly enlarged during the past 4 months. Physical examination revealed a 5x4cm sized hard, ovoid and nontender mass in left inguinal canal. He had undergone a left radical orchiectomy and high ligation of spermatic cord. Microscopic examination revealed smooth muscle tumor of uncertain malignant potential of the spermatic cord. He received no adjuvant therapy and at 12 months after surgery, there had been no recurrence. Herein, a rare case of a smooth muscle tumor of uncertain malignant potential of the spermatic cord, is reportedope
