[[abstract]]Many study concern that knowledge management (KM) and organizational performance are essential of the success in business. And there are many different results in literatures which declare KM affects organizational performance positively and negatively. We believe that there are still some confusing relations between KM and organizational performance. Accordingly, we propose some hypotheses to verify relationships among them.
