[[abstract]]Drawing on resource-based view (RBV), knowledge management (KM) acts an antecedent of organizational learning (OL), and organizational innovation (01) in terms of input-process-output practices. This article provides empirical evidences on exploring the relationship between KM and organizational performance (OP) in e-society while OL and or playas mediators. Collecting from 327 samples in the financial and manufacturing sectors of Taiwan, this study uses structural equation modelling (SEM) analysis to test six hypotheses and our finding indicates that KM capability positively affects OL, 01, and OP.
