Add to ORKGIn the first part we discuss briefly the history of observatory publications. Then we express our opinion about the role and value of observatory publications as an inexpensive means of information exchange. We think that observatory publications should be preserved on the web, and we argue that the tradition of observatory publications should be continued. The web could provide the effective means for circulation.
