Swamp boat owned by Eli Pike and used to fish for cod, lobster and salmon. Pike purchased the swamp from Brian Hodder in Marystown. Hodder got sick and could not complete the boat, so Eli purchased it as-is and completed the final details himself, including the thwarts (seats), engine bed and engine shaft. Boat was used by Eli from 1957-1976
