Knowledge sharing is a process that can enhance organizational innovativeness. Therefore, knowledge sharing is essential for organizations that build their competitive advantage on the ability to come out with innovations quicker or better than their competitors. Generally, it is supposed that the intensity of knowledge sharing could be influenced by national culture as well as other factors.
