Les conflits armés ont considérablement augmenté les attaques contre les travailleurs humanitaires en dépit de la protection internationale et de l’immunité ont ils bénéficient traditionnellement en vertu des quatre conventions de Genève de 1949 et de leur protocoles additionnels de 1977.
