Research in biomechanics on, e.g., muscle fibers, bio-tissues or bio-molecular polymers, often drives the experimenter to her / his limits due the involvement of critical time handling and tedious manual systems operations. Therefore, comprehensive studies, particularly in single fiber or multicellular skeletal muscle tissue components, are rare and susceptible to manually induced biases.
