This study describes a comparison of the models of management with the elements of internal marketing. The investigation frames under an epistemic founding of a systemic-complex approach, within a descriptive investigation with a non-experimental - transversal design, its population was concentrated in the three first models of management of marketing. For the development of the study, some tables were designed to facilitate the comparison and identification of coincident or different elements, the observation and the document analysis, in this case of the models of established management, were considered as technics for the data collection.
