La imagen de Zamora en la prensa nacional: análisis cuantitativo de las noticias

The present investigation tries to analyze the reflection that the province of Zamora has in the national press. For his analysis one is going to work with one of the methodological tools most used in the social sciences to quantify, to measure and to extract conclusions: the analysis of content. The investigation, which results appear in this offer, tries to know what information is highlighted in the national press of Zamora. This one would be the principal aim of this investigation. The second aim of this study, linked with the first one, is related to the positioning of this information. It is a question of analyzing the technical characteristics of the information: what page it occupies, if it is a news of front page, if photo has, if the information is commented in the editorials, if it is signed, if primary sources have been in use or not, etc. A last aim would be analyze the one who or those who are the protagonists of the news, which will indicate us those who are the most relevant persons of Zamora. With the results of this investigation, in addition, it is possible to offer him a guideline of behavior for the offices of communication of the different institutions in order to improve his efficiency at the moment of spreading the different activities and information. Hereby it might maximize the diffusion of the province of Zamora in the national press.La presente investigación pretende analizar el reflejo que la provincia de Zamora tiene en la prensa nacional. Para su análisis se va a trabajar con una de las herramientas metodológicas más utilizadas en las ciencias sociales para cuantificar, medir y sacar conclusiones como es el análisis de contenido. La investigación, cuyos resultados se plantean en esta propuesta, pretende conocer qué informaciones se resaltan en la prensa nacional de Zamora. Éste sería el objetivo principal de esta investigación. El segundo objetivo de este estudio, vinculado con el primero, está relacionado con el posicionamiento de estas informaciones. Se trata de analizar las características técnicas de la información: qué página ocupa, si es noticia de portada, si tiene foto, si la información es comentada en los editoriales, si está firmada, si se han utilizado fuentes primarias o no, etc. Un último objetivo sería analizar quién o quiénes son los protagonistas de la noticia, lo que nos indicará quiénes son las personas más relevantes de Zamora. Con los resultados de esta investigación, además, se puede ofrecer una pauta de comportamiento para los gabinetes de comunicación de las diferentes instituciones con el fin de mejorar su eficacia a la hora de difundir las diferentes actividades e informaciones. De esta manera se podría maximizar la difusión de la provincia de Zamora en la prensa nacional
