With the changes in the production systems, workers see their working conditions and their feel of the subjective well-being affected, hence there is currently a great interest in improving the conditions for quality of life at work. The aim of this study is to perform an analysis of the multivariate relationship between perceived organizational support and some dimensions of quality of life related to work, with subjective wellbeing and, at the same time, relevant constructs derived from positive organizational psychology, such as work commitment and a sense of coherence.
