El amparo en la República Oriental del Uruguay

This Amparo is an essential safeguard of public law, whereby the holder of a subjective right or legitimate interest or a diffuse interest, is threatened or affected, unlawfully, so a requests to the judge is made to protect him then terminating the effects of the threat or potential injury. In this paper we analyze the characteristics of amparo in Uruguay as well as the disapproval against public authority in its expression between individuals.El amparo es una garantía esencialmente de derecho público, mediante la cual el titular de un derecho subjetivo, interés legítimo o un interés difuso, amenazado o afectado, ilegítimamente, pide al juez competente que lo proteja y haga cesar los efectos de la amenaza o eventual lesión. En el presente artículo analizamos las características del amparo en Uruguay, tanto en su manifestación frente a la autoridad pública como en su manifestación entre particulares
