This paper presents a discussion about the ways in which the curriculum as a “fetish” is assumed from the hegemonic educational discourse, to the extent that it is associated with educational quality, which translates into instrumental and tax educational practices to standardized evaluation. From this place of criticism, the possibility of recognizing and encouraging teachers’ initiative for curricular creation from daily life is raised, with the purpose of reappraising the education’s humanistic and political sense, and establishing horizons of hope in which communities exercise the right to signify the world in the most autonomous way.Este artigo apresenta uma discussão sobr...
