In this globalized and changing world that we live in, no institution can do without leadership. In the armed forces, there´s an institutional culture based on values, a moral code, and leadership is a consubstantial part of the military. Military leadership, the same as other leaderships, is in constant change. A leader, besides being constantly required to command his troops with efficiency, also has to keep fluid relationships with other allied commanders, as well as all civilian agents that intervene in conflict resolution.
