Estrategias para el aprendizaje del capital humano pyme

The learning organizational it arises as discipline that allows the company to be updated in the society of the knowledge, being important because it is the base of the improvement and the innovation, two props of the contemporary competitiveness. Fundamental aspect to consider as an aim, identifying the learning process and evaluating the types of mechanisms used for the learning of the human capital in the Pyme of the Península of Paraguaná of the state Falcón. With a descriptive and explorative study with a not experimental design directed to forty (40) managers. There was applied a questionnaire validated by the technique of experts' judgment and discriminatory analysis of reagents; for the reliability was used Alpha Cronbach(r=0,997).The results threw a scanty formative culture and in spite of using new technologies, obviate others; inclining in the use of conferences, training in tasks, programmed instruction and development of groups, regardless of other technologies for the learning, demonstrating a weakness in the utilization of diversity of methods to achieve excellent results in the learning. There were recommended some strategies for the human capital, to establish basic premises, which must be spread up to forming a part of the enterprise culture and internalized in the attitudes and behaviors of all. Equally, to establish the learning process, dividing it in stages of: Information, formation, training and coaching. To work on these axes, the methodology will have to be always participative and, in many cases, experiential, in a manner of striking so much from the cognitive plane, emotionally and behaviorally.El aprendizaje organizacional surge como disciplina que permite a la empresa actualizarse en la sociedad del conocimiento, siendo importante por ser la base del mejoramiento y la innovación, dos pilares de la competitividad contemporánea. Aspecto fundamental para plantear como objetivo, identificar el proceso de aprendizaje y evaluar los tipos de mecanismos utilizados para el aprendizaje del capital humano en las Pyme de la Península de Paraguaná del estado Falcón. Con un estudio descriptivo y explorativo con diseño no experimental dirigido a cuarenta (40) gerentes. Se aplicó un cuestionario validado por la técnica de juicio de expertos y análisis discriminatorio de reactivos; para la confiabilidad se utilizó Alpha Cronbach (r=0,997). Los resultados arrojaron una escasa cultura formativa y a pesar de utilizar nuevas tecnologías, obvian otras; inclinándose en el uso de conferencias, entrenamiento en tareas, instrucción programada y desarrollo de grupos, prescindiendo de otras técnicas para el aprendizaje, demostrando una debilidad en la utilización de diversidad de métodos para lograr excelentes resultados en el aprendizaje. Se recomiendan estrategias para el capital humano, que establezcan premisas básicas, las cuales deben ser difundidas hasta formar parte de la cultura empresarial e internalizadas en las actitudes y comportamientos de todos. Igualmente, establecer el proceso de aprendizaje, dividiéndolo en etapas de: Información, formación, entrenamiento y coaching. Para trabajar sobre estos ejes, la metodología deberá ser siempre participativa, y en muchos casos, experiencial, de forma tal de impactar tanto desde el plano cognitivo, como emocional y conductual.
