This article comes from the research “Knowledge Generation and Transfer Model for PYMES* Management and Human Resource processes in the Meat sector in Cali” which has the objective of designing a model so that these companies reach significant competitive and development levels. For this research three stages are defined, but this paper shall focus on one: description of theoretical and practical fundamentals in the knowledge management approach and knowledge generation and transfer processes, analyzed with the company resources and capacities theory.
