Introduction and objectives: The intervention of Therapy Occupational (TO) accomplishment of programs of active aging is not recognized. The objective was to value the necessity or not of intervention of TO and his areas in the users of a Home of the Pensioner or Elder Community Center. Method: 100 peoples > 65 years old, not illiterates that participated in some program of the Home of the Pensioner of Talavera of Reina (Toledo) between 1-1- 2010 to 1-5-2010.
