Rethinking Organization Culture: A Strategic Active Potential from Management Perspective This paper aimed at systematizing some outstanding authors� thoughts on the organization culture phenomenon. Their work was developed not so much from the perspective of an academic thinker as from the practical vision of the importance this phenomenon has for implementing strategies as well as of its effects on performance efficiency and efficacy.
