The use of electronic prediction in the processes of purchasing miscellaneous materials of the federal university of uberland 2018

The use of the electronic auction method has been adopted in several public institutions, aiming at saving time and resources in their acquisition processes. The study aims to verify the savings generated in the public procurement of various materials in the electronic auction mode at the Federal University of Uberlândia in the year 2018. Eight processes were selected, all of which were analyzed from the respective university site, in order to select processes of different items. From the analysis of the results, five processes were identified that presented a positive economy to the university, the values approved at the end of the bidding being smaller than the values estimated at the opening of the public announcement. The savings shown in these processes totaled R$ 25,563.42. The other three cases indicated values greater than those estimated by their bidding documents, but only one of these processes indicated a variation of 11.04%, which was analyzed with lower savings for the university. Even with this process of high values difference, the modality was effective in the institution, indicating an economy in the face of the acquisition of part of its materials.Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso (Graduação)A utilização da modalidade pregão eletrônico vem sendo adotada em diversas instituições públicas, visando a economia de tempo e recursos em seus processos de aquisição. O estudo possui o objetivo de verificar a economia gerada nas compras públicas de materiais diversos na modalidade de pregão eletrônico na Universidade Federal de Uberlândia no ano de 2018. Foram selecionados oito processos, sendo todos os dados analisados do site de respectiva universidade, visando selecionar processos de aquisições de diferentes itens. A partir da análise dos resultados foram identificados cinco processos que apresentaram uma economia positiva a universidade, sendo os valores homologados ao final da licitação menores que os valores estimados na abertura do edital. A economia apontada nesses processos totalizou o valor de R$ 25.563,42. Os demais três processos apontaram valores a maior do estimado por seus editais de licitação, porém apenas um desses processos apontou uma variação de 11,04%, sendo este analisado com menor economia para a universidade. Todavia mesmo com esse processo de alta diferença de valores, a modalidade se mostrou eficaz na instituição, indicando uma economia diante a aquisição de parte dos seus materiais
