The study is concerned with the role that oral and written communication skills play in Organizational Training and Development. The purpose is to provide a descriptive analysis of the attitudes toward cortnnunication competency, causes of breakdowns and types and sources of training programs. Also, the study describes the importance of coomunication in the organization, determination of training needs, measurement of communication effectiveness, and the goals and objectives and training programs.Speec
