This report is a "report card" on the long-term trends that can enhance or destroy the quality of life in New Jersey, as well as the lives of those that will inherit the Garden State in the future. Eleven goals are offered in this report, as a result of a creative community dialog about the common future, drawing on the knowledge and concerns of New Jerseyans from all walks of life: environmental and business leaders, social activists, scientists, government officials and citizens of all ages.
