The New Jersey Coastal Management Program: Ocean Resources Management in New Jersey

This fact sheet addresses ocean resources management in relation to the New Jersey Coastal Management Program (NJCMP). As defined through the NJCMP, New Jersey's coastal zone includes all areas where the state has authority to regulate land and water uses that may have significant impact on coastal resources.
