In the discussion on the Creation and so called the Christian image of a man, the significant role is played by the Priestly Tradition of the Creation (Gen 1,1–2,4a). The text is coherent in literary and theological terms with the description of the Flood in Gen 6–9. On the base of these passages the theology of the Creation and the biblical anthropology need redefining, only thus can the dramatic fate of the first men, committing a sin and losing the God’s blessing, be brought to light.
