This study aimed to examine the effect of organizational justice (distributive justice, procedural justice, and interactional justice) on employee performance by leader-member exchange as mediating variables. The object of this research conducted in Unit Libraries of Sebelas Maret University. Respondents in this study are employees working in Unit Libraries of Sebelas Maret University. The unit analysis in this study is dyad. The data collection method of respondents on this study is census with using questionnaires.
