This study examines the programming opportunities made available in public libraries for children with learning disabilities in the United States. Youth Services managers and librarians of public libraries from across the country were randomly selected to participate in a web survey. Along with a review of the findings in the literature, this study presents the results of the survey, examples of successful programming events, and data on the evaluation, training, marketing, and collaboration included within these events.
