Innovations in ICT in the Czech Republic with Focus on a Chosen Region

AbstractThe aim of this paper is to analyse the approach of Czech companies towards innovation support in the Czech Republic on both national and international levels. The analysis focuses on the ICT sector, whose innovation performance is first characterised by commonly accepted indicators, e.g. patent activity, expenditures on innovation, etc. It is further supplemented with data gathered in a questionnaire survey among ICT companies in a chosen region of the Czech Republic
