Abstract The wage issue has always been a dilemma for workers and employers, if it did not solve that can lead disharmonis in industrial relations in Indonesia. The wage law based on principles of justice has always desired by parties. The Fairness in wages regulation will be guided by the principles of good law. The balance of interests between workers and entrepreneurs are the basis of fairness in wages regulation . Justice and legal certainty must support each other to realize an ideal of laws.
