The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between perception of work group cohesiveness with turnover intention. The subjects were 154 sales associate of PT X who were chosen based on the following characteristics: the employees have worked for more than four months, and their status are contract employees . Data collected using group cohesiveness and turnover intention scales. The reliability of 32 items turnover intention scale was 0.94, whaile the 48 items group cohesiveness scale got the reliability coefficient of 0.93. the result of data analysis using Pearson’s Product Moment shows the correlation coefficient of -0.263 with significance value (p) = 0.002 < 0.05. it can be concluded from the result that there is a ne...
