HUVECs were transfected with striatin siRNA1, 2, 3 or scrambled siRNA for 24h. Then cells were scrapped to create a cell-free (wounded) area. Cells were incubated with 10nM E2 or with solvent as control for another 24h. Migration was monitored. Representative images of cell migration are shown.
