HCV nonstructural proteins colocalize with ATG16L1 in Huh7 cells.

A. Huh7 cells infected with JFH1 at more than 90% and then transfected with pGFP-ATG16L1 or immunostained for endogenous ATG16L1 using a rabbit specific antibody.
