Serum-starved podocytes were incubated with 2 ng/ml TGFβ for the indicated periods of time. Cleared cell lysates were immunoblotted with deptor, actin (panel A); phospho-S6 kinase (Thr-389), S6 kinase (panel B); phospho-4EBP-1 (Thr-37/46), 4EBP-1 (panel C); phospho-SGK1 (Ser-422), SGK1 (panel D); phospho-rps6 (Ser-240/244), rps6 (panel E); phospho-NDRG1 (Ser-346), NDRG1(panel F).
