Pan Akt kinase inhibitor MK restores TGFβ induced deptor downregulation and inhibits mTORC1 and mTORC2.

Serum starved podocytes were treated with 1 micromolar MK for one hour prior to incubation with TGFβ. The cell lysates were immunoblotted with the indicated antibodies. Representative blots from four independent experiments are shown in each panel. The quantification is shown in the S5 Fig.
