The SNP with flanking sequences (SNP ± 25 nucleotides) was searched for transcription factor binding site motifs using HOCOMOCO-11 collection (http://opera.autosome.ru) with a p-value cutoff = 0.0005 and fold-change cutoff = 4.0. The motifs built from ChIP-Seq data with quality A demonstrating high affinity (indicated by fold-change of G/A) for G allele are included. The SNP position is labeled in red.</p
