abstract In a polyphonic dialogue with Jacques Rancière (2009), Michel Foucault (1999), Gilles Deleuze and Félix Guattari (2008), Samir Amin (2005), Giorgio Agamben (2008), among others, this paper highlights the indiscernibility among biopolitics, spectacle and global imperialism. It also seeks to analyze processes of resistance and alternatives to these imperialist interfaces, departing from a present affirmative biopolitics in the novels A revolução melancóilca(1943), Chão(1945), both by Oswald de Andrade; Parque Industrial (1933), by Patrícia Galvão, Pagu, as well as PanAmerica (1967), by José Agrippino de Paula.</p
