Andrea Olson, PhD, Professor, received a $1,200.00 grant for a new course development, Psychology of Leadership. The Psychology Department was asked to develop a new major in the new College for adult learning. This course will help meet the curriculum needs of students in multiple tracks of this proposed major. This course aligns directly with the mission of the University, especially with the focus on leadership. It is also aligned with our work as a Department. We plan to offer this course as part of our newly developing Applied Psychology major for adult learners
