本研究的目的是計畫設計一套系統來 幫助使用者控制滑鼠的殘障人機界面 (man-machine interface)系統,我們一方 面利用頭部轉動來控制滑鼠游標的移動, 另一方面以眨眼訊號來控制滑鼠的按鍵功 能,讓使用者能夠方便的透過這套界面來 操控電腦。這項研究主要是希望能在現今 的視窗環境下使得一些肢體殘障的朋友能 更方便的操作電腦,以達到與外界溝通與 學習的目的。The purpose of this research is to find a solution to better communication between the handicapped people and computers. The idea was achieved by the eye-blink sensor and the laser pointer wore on head. The head motion actually guides the laser pointer, and, through the receiver on the panel creating digital signals accessible to computer. By these signals, the cursor can be virtually guided by the head motion. On the other hand the eye-blink sensor detects the blink and sends signal to the panel mentioned.
