Employee performance has a great contribution in the effort to achieve company goals. High performance is influenced by employee job satisfaction in terms of work discipline, receive compensation and also satisfaction to the work environment. This research has purpose to know influence of work environment, work discipline and compensation to employee performance. The research was conducted PT.Gemilang Setia Sejahtera at Boyolali by involving all employees. The research data is sourced from the primary and secondary data collected through interviews and questionnaires.
