Common green lacewings are an important component of the complex of beneficial arthropods that feed on crop pests. Increase biodiversity in agricultural landscape is known to influence beneficial arthropodofauna whereby natural biological control is enhanced. This work is part of a larger study focused on biodiversity assessment of beneficial arthropods in protected horticulture of Almeria. Moreover, each document offers a quick and easy way to identify the species studied. In this case, we offer information about what are the most abundant green lacewings found in the greenhouses, and some morphological characteristic for their correct identification are given.
