The thesis aims to compile and to characterise the principles as well as the procedures applied within the implementation of an investment project, using a specific example of the construction of a residential building with three dwelling units. On the basis, of executed calculations, the thesis evaluates the entire economic aspect of the project. The thesis contains an actual real estate project prepared by a designer, as well as price calculations of its implementation offered by construction companies.
