Evaluation of Development Project

The topic of this thesis is a real estate development project. Its aim is to create economic evaluation of a newly arising real estate business plan and, while gradually defining this project, to determine the net present value and the duration of return on investment. Considering the diversity of real estate development projects, the difference between results of the economic methods of the evaluated options is being dealt with, namely either of the planned complete sale of the new object or of the plan of selling the object partly out and renting its administrative parts. Finally, the outcome of this real estate development project will depict economic efficiency of the two chosen options
